Base: 0.14 ounces, .69” diameter x .72” The base is a round piece with a groove that goes all the way around. The groove provides a grip surface to prevent slippage. It is a design because no matter where your child holds the base, it’s correct!

Handle: 0.51 ounces, 2.12” x .54” x .87” This piece is shaped like a lever. It was created to give optimal support to specific areas of the developing hand. The handle is designed for both left and right handed students. Please be sure to place the pencil through the correct hole, L for left handed and R for right handed. The handle is also tapered to fit the developing bones of the hand.

Webster: 0.4 ounces, 1.38” x 1.19” x 1.04” The Webster has an unusual shape that is engineered to open the webspace between the thumb and the index finger. It has a tapered design to fit snugly into the webspace. It is important to position this correctly to ensure the level of support fits the desired area of the hand.

Material: latex-free liquid silicone rubber. The material was selected over many prototypes and trials. This material was found to be firm enough on the durometer scale to support the hand while providing a comfortable easy grasp.

Palm pillow is a 3″X3″ poly filled “pillow” that children rest the pinky side of the palm on to help developing hands maintain stability. The outer material is a technical moisture wicking logo-fabric. The children can also squeeze the pillow or pat it to alleviate sweaty hands.
